Targeting the heart, the seat of our true self, which impacts all relationships. This area is also known in the sound & healing therapy field as the ‘heart chakra.’ Also releasing frequency support to the adrenals and the endocrine system, as they are most significantly impacted by anxiety and stress. Sound & Healing Therapy Session Video #2, Living Waters in 528 Hz

Targeting what is known in the sound & healing therapy field as the ‘solar plexus,’ renamed by me via Holy Spirit leading as the area of Living Waters. This is the area in the abdomen containing a network of nerves, often referenced as the ‘pit of the stomach.’ I was led to rename it Living Waters, as I believe this to be the area Jesus referenced in John 7:38-39a. Through this spontaneous piece, I release the only true Source of healing and wholeness – the blood of Christ in Holy Spirit Light – into DNA, bodies, minds, souls, spirits, and circumstances needing miracles and transformation. I release Holy Spirit rivers of living water to flow freely from your innermost being. I especially release Living Waters 528 Hz on behalf of our military families this Memorial Day, 2015, whose great sacrifice on behalf of this nation is immensely appreciated!

John 7:38-39a (AMP), “He who believes in Me [who cleaves to and trusts in and relies on Me] as the Scripture has said, From his innermost being shall flow [continuously] springs and rivers of living water. But He was speaking here of the Spirit, Whom those who believed (trusted, had faith) in Him were afterward to receive.”

Sound Expressions Sound & Healing Therapy Series #3, Restored Mind 852 Hz

This piece targets a restored mind in 852 Hz. The Spirit led intention is to align the brain’s positive and negative belief systems with their created intent. Both belief systems play a vital role in our minds being renewed and transformed (Romans 12:2). Renewing our minds in His truth as we were created to BE is an important aspect of holistic healing – body, mind, soul and emotions.

Romans 12:2, “Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you].”

Sound Expressions Sound & Healing Therapy Series #4, Breath of YAH 741 Hz

This piece targets the throat chakra in 741 Hz, utilizing uniquely tuned settings of strings and vocals to balance our bodies with both odd and even harmonics. The throat chakra includes the vocal cords, which require breath to release sound. Each breath of life is gifted to us from our Heavenly Father. As a Kingdom vessel through Holy Spirit led intention, breathe in His breath of life through the blood of Christ. Breathe His abundant life into every cell of your DNA. Breathe out Holy Spirit breath of life into your atmosphere. Note the resonance of His life in your throat chakra.

Note: unfortunately the video does not capture the lowest frequencies in the audible way that my CD recordings do.
